Among them, group users built piles by themselves, the residential area did not have a fixed parking space, and the residential property did not cooperate with the three factors that were the main reasons for not building charging facilities with the car, accounting for 48.7%, 10.3%, and 9.9% respectively, totaling 69.0 %. There is no fixed parking space at the work site, the application for installation is difficult, users choose to charge at a dedicated station, and other reasons account for 31.0%.
 
    In terms of the latest favorable policies, on May 20, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the "Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the Service Guarantee Capability of Charging and Swap Infrastructure (Draft for Soliciting Comments)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Draft for Comments)," Community charging pile construction promotion mechanism. Qualified charging and swapping facilities and supporting power grid construction and transformation investments will be included in the scope of support from special bonds for new infrastructure construction and the China Clean Development Mechanism Fund. Financial institutions such as the China Development Bank provide long-term low-cost funds for the construction of charging and replacement facilities through multiple channels.
 
    The draft opinion also proposes that new residential communities should implement 100% fixed parking spaces and reserve charging pile construction and installation conditions, and power supply facilities such as pipelines and bridges need to be built into parking spaces to meet the needs of direct meter installation and electricity connection. At the same time, innovate the business model of charging services in residential communities. Encourage new models such as "nearby parking space sharing" and "multiple cars and one pile".
 
    In addition, in terms of the demand market, according to the latest data released by the China Automobile Association, in May, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in my country reached 217,000, an increase of 1.5 times and 1.6 times respectively year-on-year, continuing to refresh the historical record of the month. Judging from the recent forecast data released by many institutions, my country's new energy vehicle sales this year is expected to exceed 2 million. Among them, Citigroup recently released a research report saying that it raised China's new energy vehicle sales forecast this year to 2.52 million.
